Process with a purpose

We’ve been fine-tuning our process-driven approach over the last eight years, listening intently to client feedback in an effort to provide the best solutions to the challenges we face in our regulated environment. The end result? We developed a proprietary process called qsnFLOW™. Through qsnFLOW™ we are able to deliver services in the most comprehensive manner while ensuring quality and consistency for each client. qsnFLOW™ jumpstarts each client project, ultimately saving time, increasing efficiency, and reducing expenses.

qsnPREP™

This is the beginning of our project. We find out what needs to be done and identify how we will get there.

  • Project Start-Up

    With your help, we complete our project start-up checklist, review the completed checklist with your assigned QSN consultant, and we facilitate project start-up using the checklist.

  • Project Charter

    With your help, we develop a statement of scope, objectives, and participants in the project, review the charter with your assigned QSN consultant, and we drive results through the use of the charter.

  • Stakeholder Analysis

    With your help, we identify key customers, review stakeholders with your assigned QSN consultant, and work with appropriate customers throughout project as a team.

  • Communication Plan

    We develop a plan for communicating with stakeholders, review the plan with your assigned QSN consultant, and manage all project communication according to the Communication Plan.

qsnMANAGE™

During this ongoing phase we check in, evaluate performance and determine if any shifts are necessary.

  • Client Check-In

    We initiate contact with you throughout the project, obtain feedback from you regarding the start of the project, and we work with you to determine a solid strategy for successful management of the project.

  • Consultant Check-In

    We initiate contact with your assigned QSN consultant throughout the project, obtain feedback from the consultant regarding start of project, and we work with the consultant to determine a solid strategy for successful management of the project.

  • Peer Reviews

    Throughout the project, your assigned QSN consultant provides a copy of major project deliverables to the QSN team for review, the QSN team conducts a thorough review of project documentation and provides constructive feedback, and the consultant adjusts project strategy moving forward based on that feedback.

  • Dashboards/ Schedules

    With your help, we work with your assigned QSN consultant to develop a project dashboard and/or schedule, maintain and publish project dashboard and/or schedule, and we identify project blockers, communicate them to management, and mitigates project risks as needed.

  • 30 & 90-Day Review

    We sit down with you and your assigned QSN consultant to discuss the progress of the project, review constructive feedback, and make any necessary adjustments to ensure project success.

qsnDEBRIEF™

This is the final phase of our project where we regroup
and transfer knowledge.

  • Closeout Staging

    We schedule a staging meeting with you based on a timeline dictated by your contract with us and we review the status of the project support with you during this meeting to determine next steps.

  • Project Extension

    We work with you to determine if the project support is complete, agree upon project extension to keep your assigned QSN consultant involved in the project if necessary – making adjustments to your QSN contract is needed.

  • Punch List

    We meet with you and your assigned QSN consultant to determine final deliverables required to closeout the project, publish a project punch list, and we work with your consultant to complete and closeout the project punch list.

  • Project Recap

    We meet with you and your assigned consultant to verify that the project punch list is complete, complete any remaining project tasks for knowledge transfer to your internal team, and we closeout the project.

  • Lessons Learned

    After project completion, we schedule a time with you and your assigned QSN consultant to conduct a lessons learned session to identify successes and areas for improvement on future projects.
