Ten years ago Quality Solutions Now (QSN) was founded with the vision of helping to create a world where companies protect and promote health by manufacturing safe and effective products that deliver cures, treatments, or preventions of diseases, or other medical conditions. Since that simple beginning in 2004, QSN has grown to now serve many medical device, drug and biologic manufacturing clients throughout the United States and internationally.

As we celebrate our 10th anniversary, we can’t help but look back at how much has changed over the last 10 years. For us, this year not only marks 10 years of service to our clients, it is also a year of significant change and progress for our organization. Here’s a quick recap.

Our team of skilled consultants

We’ve gone from a small staff of a handful of team members to now a staff of 4 and over 30 highly skilled, specialty-knowledge consultants that we hand-selected for their versatile backgrounds, business acumen and interpersonal skills.

Our proprietary process

We’ve been fine-tuning our process-driven approach over the last eight years, listening intently to client feedback in an effort to provide the best solutions to the challenges we face in our regulated environment. The end result? We developed a proprietary process called qsnFLOW™. Through qsnFLOW™, we are able to deliver services in the most comprehensive manner while ensuring quality and consistency for each of our clients. qsnFLOW™ jumpstarts each project we are involved in, ultimately saving time, increasing efficiency and reducing expenses.

Our Women-Owned Business certification

It was a challenging and time consuming process, but with great support and strong guidance we were able to achieve the Women-Owned Business certification – opening the doors for us to be able to pursue new business opportunities. We’re very proud of this achievement.

Our Combination Products focus

As technological advances in the health industry began to foster the combining of product types to create new and improved treatments, we saw an opportunity to put our extensive industry expertise to help companies maneuver the muddy waters of Combination Products with coordinated advice from both medical device and pharmaceutical experts. We now work with many clients on Combination Products projects.

Our rebranding journey

This was one of the toughest projects we’ve worked on – but it was well worth it. We shut the doors, turned off the smartphones and got the creative juices flowing to come up with a new look and feel for QSN. Our new branding is representative of QSN’s team approach, the three distinct industries we serve – drug, medical device, and biologics manufacturers – as well as our combination products focus, and does so in a very abstract, yet progressive way.
